This pre-conference introduction webinar is designed to give you a better idea of what the half-day course "Using modern technologies to monitor and increase process consistency and performance" on 21 September is about and serves as an appetiser to the actual course.
Michael Hahn will briefly introduce the topics and outline of the course, and you get the opportunity to ask questions and interact with other participants.
The introduction webinar is free of charge.
